Small for observing dynamic behaviour of biological sample in water

BL-AC10-FS features an ultra-small 9 µm cantilever with a high resonance frequency of 1.5 MHz in air and a small spring constant of 0.1 N/m. It delivers a resonance frequency of approximately 400 kHz in water, enabling hihg-speed aquatic imaging.

A CNF probe, small fibril with a tip radius less than 10 nm, grows at the end of the triangular portion of bird-beak-like cantilever. CNF probe improves quality of AFM images.
