Application of SCM

SCM image of a transistor in a SRAM memory sample (Top surface). The different doped regions (source/drain/gate) are all clearly observed with low noise and good spatial resolutoin. Data acquired using a Bruker Dimension Icon AFM in SSRM mode using an AD-40-AS Adama Innovations probe.
