Application of C-AFM Spectroscopy

A 2-µm scan of Iron(III) oxide or ferric oxide (Fe₂O₃) surface with DataCube TUNA spectroscopy (256 x 256 pixels). I-V spectra is measured at every pixel (110 ms/pixel). Data acquired using a Bruker Dimension Icon AFM with DataCube TUNA using an AD-2.8-AS Adama Innovations probe.
